Job summary

VK Capital Ventures Inc., which runs Travel Villa Kitchen in Houston, is hiring a CX Analyst to measure and prove the customer experience with data. We treat CX as a system, not a slogan, and you will help our founders drive decisions with clear insights.

You will build a weekly CX scorecard, map data to live decisions, manage the review pipeline, and track employee experience for a 0.5 FTE contract with a growth path from day one.

Qualifications

• Market-research or CX analytics experience
• Survey literacy — you can spot a leading question
• The same-business-day reply discipline, personally
• Discretion with customer data
• Nice to have: Nielsen/NielsenIQ data familiarity, hospitality CX, Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the CX scorecard inside the weekly snapshot: response times vs. our same-business-day standard, thread resolution, review volume and rating, complaint themes — by lane (dinners, classes, coffee, marketplace)
• Operationalize our customer/market tracking file: every data point mapped to one live decision (audience, offer, or channel) — no orphan statistics
• Run the review/testimonial pipeline: every event and delivery generates a review ask inside 24 hours; results feed our audience segments
• Run the employee-experience pulse: a short internal survey plus findings to the founders with the monthly report.
