Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking a customer service oriented candidate for a role in Des Moines with warehouse/logistics exposure. Starting pay is $19.50/hour and hours run 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday–Friday.

You will assist customers and business partners by phone and email, handle complaints, diagnose and resolve issues, and monitor delivery routes. • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
