Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an RN for a vaccination initiative in Memphis, TN. You will administer vaccines (flu, MMR, COVID, and others) in a community healthcare setting and interact with patients and healthcare teams. The role emphasizes empathy, safety, and adherence to clinical standards.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, and at least one year of immunization experience. Schedule is M-F, in-person with PPE provided.

Administer vaccines including flu, MMR, COVID, and others in a community healthcare setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and interact professionally with patients. Lead with empathy, compassion, and excellent clinical skills such as medication administration and vaccination. Motivate and support team members by optimizing assignments and fostering a positive team culture. Adapt to changing plans and contribute to improved health outcomes and clinic efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE use, providing a safe environment for patients and staff. Maintain and demonstrate BLS certification and adherence to clinical standards.

Critical Information
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 6pm.
Remote: In-person, patient-facing role requiring onsite presence as needed.
Environment: Dynamic community healthcare setting, PPE provided.

Education/Licenses Needed

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state or territory of practice.
• Minimum one year related nursing experience, including immunizations and patient care.
• High School Diploma or GED verified.
• BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification required.
