Job summary

CareAparent is seeking a full-time Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse to join our Clinical Team in Minnesota. The role focuses on wound assessment, ostomy care, and collaboration with on-site LPNs and caregivers in in-home settings across the Twin Cities.

Active Minnesota RN license and CWOCN certification are required. BSN is preferred; at least 1 year of home healthcare experience and a valid driver’s license are needed.
