Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) is hiring a Watch Officer for the DTRA Operations Center at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role involves monitoring CWMD-related data in real time, summarizing findings, and supporting leadership taskings with timely RFI responses.

The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience, 5+ years in related work, 5 years in console operations for military command and control, and TS/SCI clearance. Location is Fort Belvoir, VA; travel minimal.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5 years of experience with console operations and supporting a military command and control operation for the watch.
• Prior experience with CWMD-related information preferred.
• TS/SCI Clearance required.
• Must reside 50 miles from customer location. Position is based in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, tracks, reports, summarizes, and analyzes operational CWMD-related data in real-time.
• Displays and archives findings to support leadership taskings and RFI responses.
• Provides timely RFI responses to support CWMD planning activities based on real-time information.
