Job summary

Precision Collective is seeking an experienced CWMD Operational Requirements Planner to support DTRA RD at Ft. Belvoir, VA. You will translate warfighter gaps into technical development roadmaps and coordinate JUON/JEON packages across JCS, CCMDs, and services.

The role emphasizes advisory planning, cross-agency coordination, and transition of R&D into programs of record, with occasional Chem/Bio Directorate support. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; any field of study accepted.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in military operational planning or defense staff operations.
• Extensive DoD or joint-service experience at operational/strategic level with CJCS/JFC, GCCs, or DTRA.

Responsibilities

• Support drafting, revision, and coordination of JUONs/JEONs to meet regional CCMD needs.
• Track progress of urgent requirements through approval pipelines with Joint Staff and JRAC.
• Translate technical information into clear programmatic and fiscal documentation.
• Provide planning support to government program managers to align with strategic goals.
• Assist in BES and POM development and inter-agency coordination.
