Animal Medical Center of Plainfield in Plainfield, IL is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our state-of-the-art facility. As a 20-doctor, full-service General Practice and Emergency hospital, we provide top-tier veterinary care to pets throughout the Southwest suburbs of Chicago.

We offer a brand-new facility opened in 2023 with modern amenities and a supportive, team-focused culture. The GP operates Monday–Wednesday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Thursday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and

Qualifications

• A Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or an experienced Veterinary Technician with 1+ years of experience.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Open and flexible availability; GP is closed Sundays and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians in general practice appointments.
• Perform blood draws and other routine procedures.
• Educate clients on preventive care and treatment plans.
