Here, our GP doctors can focus on wellness, preventive care, medical workups, dentistry, and scheduled appointments while still having an in-hospital emergency team nearby when urgent or complex cases call for collaboration.

The Opportunity

• A GP-only role inside a 24/7 hospital, with emergency support available in-house.
• Practice top-tier general medicine with access to advanced diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and hospitalization resources.
• Partner with an in-hospital ER team while keeping your primary focus on scheduled GP care.

• At least 3-5 years of DVM experience in a small animal GP setting is required for this role.

The Resources

• 21 veterinarians on team in a 24-hour-capable hospital.
• 20 exam rooms and a state-of-the-art medical complex built in 2023.
• Two surgical suites for general surgery, orthopedics, and emergency surgery.
• Double dental suite with digital dental x-ray.
• Large in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and echocardiogram options.
• Canine and feline ICU spaces, with separate isolation options for disease management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000.
• Quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual.
