Job summary

Soliant is seeking a CVOR Tech to support cardiovascular surgical care in a hospital setting in Charlotte, NC. The role involves 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), with on-call duties and occasional weekend coverage to ensure patient safety and efficiency in the cardiovascular OR.

The successful candidate will have CVOR experience, sterile technique expertise, BLS certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with surgeons and nurses during procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CVOR Tech or in a related surgical technology setting.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular operating room procedures and sterile technique.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain the cardiovascular operating room for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during cardiovascular operations with instrumentation and sterile techniques.
• Monitor and maintain surgical equipment and supplies.
• Ensure proper specimen care and documentation as directed.
• Adhere to established safety and infection control protocols at all times.
• Respond promptly to on-call and emergency requirements as assigned.
