Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Mesa, AZ is seeking a CVOR Surgical Technologist to provide sterile and technical support for cardiovascular and open-heart procedures. You will prepare the operating room, instruments, equipment, and supplies while aiding the surgical team to ensure safe patient care.

The role requires a High School diploma, completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program, and BLS certification; CST certification is preferred or required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Passes instruments and supplies to surgeons and assists with surgical team needs.
• Performs instrument, sponge, and equipment counts before, during, and after procedures.
• Assists with specimen handling, surgical equipment setup, and room turnover.
• Maintains accurate documentation and follows infection control, safety, and sterile processing standards.

Education & Experience
