Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Surgical Technologist required.
• CVOR experience strongly preferred, including cardiac and vascular procedures.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sterile field and assist with cardiovascular procedures.
• Lead unit changes to improve safety and clinical quality.
• Mentor and precept new hires and peers.
