Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Surgical Technologist required.
• Experience in CVOR strongly preferred, including cardiac and vascular procedures.
• 3+ years of professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership at unit level to correct safety/clinical quality deficiencies.
• Collaborate with surgical team for safe, efficient patient care.
• Mentor Surgical Tech peers and guide new hires.

High School Diploma or GED

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology or Nursing Program
