Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Surgical First Assistant CSFA for a 13-week assignment in Missouri. The role requires CVOR experience, NBSTSA/CSFA license, BLS, and strong operating room skills. Expect day shifts, 10-hour shifts, with on-call requirements Monday–Friday.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience (Level 1 preferred), be comfortable with CABG/ AVR/MVR/TAVR/ECMO procedures, and comply with OSHA respirator clearance, fit testing, and grooming standards for proper mask seal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required
• License NBSTSA and CSFA required
• Certifications BLS, NBSTSA, CSFA

Responsibilities

• Assist in CVOR as Surgical First Assistant
• Maintain sterile technique and case cart management
• Ensure equipment documentation and vein harvesting is correct
• Adhere to OSHA respirator clearance and fit testing requirements
