Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Surgical First Assist (CSFA) to support cardiovascular OR procedures, including open-heart and robotic surgeries. The role requires hands-on experience with CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, and related operations, plus current BLS/ACLS licenses.

The assignment lasts 13 weeks, with 10-hour shifts and a 40-hour workweek, and requires on-call rotation. The candidate should demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with surgeons, surgical techs, and OR

Qualifications

• Experience with cardiovascular surgical procedures including open-heart surgeries.
• Ability to assist in CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR and other complex cases.
• Comfort with robotics-assisted surgeries and high-level neuro procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular OR procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in a range of cases including open-heart and robotic surgeries.
• Work as part of a collaborative team with surgeons and surgical staff.
• On-call every third day and every third weekend, with possible holiday on-call duties.
