Job summary

Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, administer treatments and medications, and support family education. You will lead a care team, monitor patient conditions, and uphold high quality standards in a dynamic acute-care environment.

The role requires an active RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and certifications in BLS (within 30 days), ACLS and PALS (within six months).

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• RN OR experience required.
• 3 years of CVOR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates patient care, including treatments, medication administration, and daily living assistance.
• Monitors and documents patient condition, communicates with the care team, and supports patient and family education.
• Acts as a care team leader, maintaining quality standards, productivity, and staff performance.
