Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM, is seeking a dedicated registered nurse (RN) for our 12-bed operating room unit. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional surgical care, assisting in various procedures, and developing care plans for patients post-surgery.

The ideal candidate will hold a current RN license, have an associate's degree, and obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. We offer a competitive $15,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire.
• Preferred: One year of experience in an OR or surgical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures including general, bariatric, orthopedic, and urological operations.
• Develop and implement plan-of-care interventions for patients.
• Provide post-operative patient care and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
