Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• TX RN license upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days.
• Competence in RN I performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition with comprehensive nursing care.
• Planning: design, direct, and document plan of care and discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report changes to physician.
• Evaluation: reassess patients and modify interventions as needed.
• Report Skills: provide comprehensive bedside shift reports for continuity.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe environment and report hazards.
