Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in CVOR or similar surgical environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile operating room environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Monitor patients preoperatively, intraoperatively, and postoperatively; document care accurately.
• Educate patients and families about surgical preparation and recovery processes.
