Job summary

Mercy in Clayton, MO is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process, coordinating with the surgical team and other departments while upholding patient rights and privacy.

Minimum requirements include an RN license (Missouri or compact), an RN degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN), and at least six months of OR experience with BLS certification (or completion within 30 days). Additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
• Six months OR experience in a relevant setting
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) or completed within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process
• Coordinate patient care with surgical team and other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
