Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required and maintained in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification at hire or within 30 days.
• Six months OR nursing experience required.
• Certifications may vary by unit (per list) and required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and alignment with Mercy Service Standards.
