Job summary
Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the CVOR unit in Newark, NJ. The role features day shifts, a 12-week assignment, and direct patient care in a perioperative setting. You will monitor cardiac telemetry and collaborate with physicians to adjust care plans.
Candidates must hold NJ RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications, with at least one year of perioperative experience. Weekly pay ranges from $2,400 to $2,720 gross.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year perioperative experience required.
- Current and valid New Jersey RN License.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- ACLS (AHA) certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, responding to changes in condition.
- Communicate with physicians regarding patient status and test results.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
- Ensure quality and continuity of care by adhering to policies and safety guidelines.
