Valley Health System's Winchester Medical Center is expanding its Cardiovascular Operating Room team. We are seeking experienced CVOR nurses or RNs transitioning into cardiovascular surgery to join a high-performing team.

Qualified candidates participate in the comprehensive AORN Perioperative Program, with a seven-month orientation, classroom and hands-on training, and dedicated preceptors to build specialized CVOR skills. Excellent mentorship and career growth await.

Qualifications

• RN license required; BLS certification required; HCP certification per AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, evaluation and teaching.
• Support Charge Nurse responsibilities and participate in unit initiatives.
• Ensure quality communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.
