Equiliem is recruiting for a CVOR unit in Las Vegas, NV. The role requires a registered nurse with at least 2 years of cardiovascular operating room experience and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications.

The position supports day and night shifts in a 23-bed surgical unit with a dedicated 4 CVOR beds, aiming for high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates will be friendly, multi-tasking, and able to collaborate with an in-house trauma team.

Unit Information: CVOR SurgeryGeneral Information

Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds: 23 OR's, 4 CVOR
• Number of Staff: 20 CVOR staff members
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift - Day shift RN, CST, CFA, charge nurse
  • Night Shift - In-house trauma team plus call teams
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Type of equipment: 1 hybrid room
• EMR: Meditech

• Must have: 2 years of CV experience

• CABG
• Valve surgery
• TAVR
• Vascular/Thoracic

Scheduled the same as full-time staff to meet the needs of the facility. May vary per week.
