Meds Talent LLC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – CVOR to join the Open Heart Surgery Team in Newark, Delaware. This full-time, permanent role requires cardiac OR expertise and provides a competitive salary plus a sign-on bonus for eligible CVOR-experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience.
• Previous cardiac open-heart surgery experience required.
• BSN preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered if committed to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire.
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000 for eligible CVOR-experienced candidates, paid over 24 months.

Position Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operating Room RN with cardiac open-heart surgery experience to join a collaborative surgical team focused on delivering exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

Schedule

• Predominantly day shift, Monday–Friday
