Qualifications

• BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within three years of hire.
• Current RN licensure required.
• Three or more years of Operating Room experience.
• Two–Three years of Open-Heart Team circulating and scrubbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative nursing care for open-heart procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and teams to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to clinical standards.
• Support patients and families with professionalism and communication.
