Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a CVOR Assistant Manager at Lankenau Medical Center in the ARDMORE area to lead five CVORs and guide both clinical and administrative functions. This role supports professional nursing practice, quality patient care, and a culture of safety within the CVOR team.

The position offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually, leadership opportunities across departments, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and parking benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN or related Masters preferred.
• CNOR or NE-BC preferred; BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of five CVORs at Lankenau Medical Center.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership to CVOR staff (~15 FTEs).
• Ensure quality patient care and a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.
