Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice with active BLS.
• Two years of clinical management experience in a related patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and clinical support to patients and staff.
• Lead unit operations to ensure smooth patient care and resource utilization.
• Develop and evaluate quality and process improvement initiatives of the department.
• Oversee staff development, coaching, performance evaluations, and retention.
• Manage the operational and capital budgets and resource allocation.
