St. Mary’s Regional Hospital, part of Intermountain Health, seeks a Cardiovascular OR RN to join our surgical services team in Grand Junction, CO. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses to deliver safe CVOR care for operative patients.

Requirements: BSN, Colorado RN license (or compact), BLS (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate) and 1+ year cardiothoracic OR experience. We offer education reimbursement up to $5,250/yr and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Colorado RN license or compact license with ability to obtain Colorado RN license.
• BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).
• At least one year of Cardiothoracic nursing experience in a comparable setting.

Responsabilités

• Recognize and address patients’ psychological and physical needs.
• Foster continuity and quality of care with patient and family in mind.
• Assess a patient’s medical status upon admission.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
