Job summary
MedStar Union Memorial Hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular Intermediate Care (CVIMC) Registered Nurse for the Full-Time Night Shift. This 18-bed unit cares for patients recovering from complex cardiovascular, vascular, and thoracic procedures in a fast-paced, specialized setting.

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.
- Assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans in coordination with the nursing team.
