Qualifications

• ADN required from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN within 3 years for hires after 2017.
• License: Florida RN or eligibility with SSN confirmation.
• BLS certification required on first day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate care and ensure continuity across the patient care continuum.
• Delegate tasks while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
