Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio
• BLS certification that is current
• BSN required or equivalent with 5 years of employment preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses and patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises care plans accordingly with the team.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Operations - Supports daily operations and patient flow within the unit.
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), focuses on safety, quality and efficiency in duties.
