Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required upon hire.
• TN RN license required upon hire.
• CPR certification required upon hire.
• ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, monitor patients, and identify acute changes.
• Administer medications per patient rights and manage IV therapies.
• Prevent falls and skin breakdown; follow safety policies.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize patient needs.
• Provide patient comfort, advocacy, and a healing environment.
• Educate and coach patients about conditions and care plans.
