Talented Medical Solutions seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state of practice and current BLS/CPR certification; acute care experience is preferred and BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
