Connectly Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at a premier Montana hospital in Great Falls. This full-time, on-site role features three 12-hour shifts with strong nurse-to-patient ratios and access to modern cardiac technology.

Qualifications include ADN required, BSN preferred; Montana RN license or compact eligibility; BLS and ACLS are required; PALS within 6 months; 1–2 years CVICU/Cardiac ICU experience preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS within 6 months of hire; EPNC and TNCC preferred.
• Post-graduate ICU/medical-surgical experience with cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Cardiac surgical ICU experience 1–2 years strongly preferred; familiarity with Impella pumps, cardiac balloon pumps, and CRRT desired.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced physiological monitoring from admission through discharge.
• Manage and operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment, including mechanical ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, multiple titration IV pumps, and CRRT.
• Monitor and manage patients utilizing advanced cardiac assist devices, such as IABP and Impella pumps.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor, providing direction and collaborative support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary hospital staff.
• Collaborate with Providers, Charge Nurses, and nurse leadership to implement evidence-based care plans and thorough discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous, timely electronic documentation of patient status, interventions, and clinical outcomes.
