Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers a 3x12s schedule and a focus on advanced cardiovascular care with modern technology and strong nurse-to-patient ratios.

The ideal candidate has ADN or higher, MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and PALS within 6 months; 1–2 years CCU/ICU cardiac surgery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS within 6 months; EPNC/TNCC preferred.
• 1–2 years Cardiac Surgical ICU clinical experience; recent CCU/ICU with cardiovascular surgery.
• Hands-on familiarity with Impella pumps, cardiac balloon pumps, CRRT equipment.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct clinical care to cardiovascular patients from admission through discharge.
• Manage advanced cardiac and life-support equipment, including ventilators, central/arterial lines, IV pumps, and CRRT.
• Monitor patients using devices such as IABP and Impella.
• Serve as a clinical floor leader, guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
• Collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
