Qualifications

• RN with minimum 2 years in cardiovascular critical care or ICU.
• Active RN license and current ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Experience with IABP, CRRT and OR-derived skills are highly preferred.
• Proficient with Cerner charting and ICU monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Titrate drips and manage hemodynamics per protocol.
• Read and interpret in-room monitors and strips.
• Maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios and ensure safety.
• Cover 12-hour night shifts with unit-specific orientation provided.
