Job summary

TalentBurst is assisting a travel RN assignment in Burlington, MA at Lahey Clinic. The CTICU/CVICU RN will work 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule for a 26-week contract starting 10/12/2026, with guaranteed hours and a travel-friendly environment.

The role requires 2–3 years CVICU/CTICU experience, ACLS/BLS credentials, and EPIC proficiency. Travel experience and a Level I trauma background are highly preferred. Onsite, with orientation and standard travel accommodations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years CVICU/CTICU experience required.
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) required.
• Experience in a Level I trauma center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour day shifts rotating in CVICU.
• Care for post-operative cardiothoracic and critically ill patients.
• Follow hospital policies and ensure patient safety and quality of care.

Shift - 12H Rotating 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

Facility: Lahey Clinic

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.

26 week positions - 12H rotating, days/nights. 36 hours/week.

IVS with offer

The CTICU is the cardiothoracic intensive care unit. It is a specialized, high acuity hospital unit that provides 24 hour monitoring and advanced care for patients recovering from complex heart, lung and vascular surgeries or dealing with severe cardiac and/or respiratory conditions. Must have a min of 2-3 years of experience with 2 years in the CT/CVICU.

Level 1 trauma, EPIC, travel experience required.

ACLS,BLS-AHA required.

Any color scrubs.

Weekly orientation.

Must be separated from BILH for 6 months to be considered.
