Allina Health in Minneapolis is hiring a Patient Care Technician for the CVICU at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. This is a part-time role (.8 FTE) with day/evening shifts and every third weekend, 32 hours per two-week pay period.

Qualifications

• Completion of CNA program or Nursing Assistant Academy.
• NREMT certification upon hire.
• Previous direct patient care experience.
• One semester of clinical rotations or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Take and document vital signs and monitor health status.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers as directed by RN.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Assist with patient registration and routine clerical tasks.
