Harlingen Medical Center is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join the CVICU team on days for a full-time position. You will provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting, coordinate with the care team, and ensure adherence to critical care standards.

The role supports patient privacy and family education throughout the ICU stay. The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS, with CVICU experience preferred and CCRN/BSN credentials desired.

Competenze

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
• Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year as a CVICU RN.
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Mansioni

• Delivery of safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct patient care within the scope of practice and guide patient/family teaching.
• Communicate with the physician about changes in patient condition and test results.
