Responsabilidades

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients according to nursing skills and patient age.
• Coordinates planning for delivery of nursing care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborates with and may delegate to the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes based on data and professional standards.
• Coordinates treatment plans; develops/implements discharge or transfer plans.
• Participates in interdisciplinary program evaluation, quality improvement, and outcomes.
• Considers diverse patient needs across the care continuum and maintains service standards.
• Adheres to Texas Board of Nursing standards and hospital policies.
• Other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
