Methodist Hospital Stone Oak, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality patient care in a 14-bed Cardiovascular ICU. You will coordinate care, lead a multiprofessional team, and manage staffing within productivity guidelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration, staff development, and adherence to policies, with a focus on a patient-centric approach and excellent clinical outcomes in a top-tier facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma/associate/bachelor).
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact; must obtain Texas license within 90 days if on Compact.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support staff and patient care.
• Lead in alignment with the organization’s vision, mission and values.
• Represent the organization in community events and training sessions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
