Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill congenital heart disease patients and those undergoing surgery.
• Plan, implement, document and evaluate the individualized, family-centered care plan.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Participate in CHSU initiatives and process improvement.
• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
