Job summary

MemorialCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Saddleback Medical Center in California. This full-time night shift role offers an hourly pay range of $44.48 to $69.74 and eligibility for a $20,000 sign-on bonus for external hires, contingent on employment requirements.

The RN is responsible for directing and coordinating care within the ICU, supporting performance improvement, and communicating with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and practice standards to manage patient care.
• Leads coordination of patient care across the healthcare continuum.
• Delegates tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Documents patient data in the clinical information system.
• Educates patients and family about care plans.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Addresses age-specific needs of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
