Collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team, you will monitor status and respond to changing needs, ensuring high-quality, compassionate post‑operative care in a busy CVICU setting.

Qualificações

• Strong clinical assessment skills in critical care settings.
• Ability to plan care, prioritize interventions, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Effective communication and compassionate patient and family support.
• Experience caring for complex cardiovascular/vascular/thoracic post‑operative patients.
