Equiliem is seeking an experienced CVICU RN for a demanding, fast-paced environment in New Jersey. The role requires handling post-operative cardiac patients, including CABG, MVR, AVR, and TAVR, with proficiency in devices like Impella, IABP, and CRRT using PrisMax.

Applicants must hold an active NJ or Compact license, be ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certified, and be willing to work a flexible weekend schedule within an on-site unit.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent CVICU experience required.
• Must have experience with fresh post-op cardiac cases (CABG, MVR, AVR, TAVR).
• Experience with Impella, IABP, and CRRT using PrisMax required.
• Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
