Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Partner CNA for the CVICU on a full-time schedule (6:30A-7:00P). The role supports the RN with delegated tasks and basic nursing care, with a $3,000 bonus. Florida licensure requirements and 1 year of experience are noted as preferred qualifications.

Qualified candidates will be expected to perform wound care, catheter management, and collaborate to provide safe, high-quality patient care in a busy ICU setting.

Qualifications

• CNA or LPN license required.
• Clinical Partners hired prior to 10/1/20 will have two years to obtain Florida CNA licensure.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Previous CNA or LPN experience in an acute care facility in Florida preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical nursing skills under RN supervision.
• Assist with wound care, saline lock management and Foley catheter tasks as directed.
• Collaborate closely with theRN to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
