The role supports the RN and healthcare team by providing essential daily living activities, basic patient care, and comfort measures, while promoting a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will be able to follow detailed directions, communicate clearly, and work well within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Formación

• Follow detailed directions and adapt to patient care tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Clear verbal and written communication and ability to document accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Excellence in patient experience by partnering with care team and family.
• Provide patient care needs such as hygiene, nutrition, and comfort measures.
• Support RN and healthcare team with care delivery and admissions.
• Participate in charge reconciliation and data entry for safety information.
• Communicate patient care concerns promptly and professionally.
