UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide exceptional care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at CUH and Zale Lipshy Pavilion. The role features a rotating 12-hour schedule, with day, night, and weekend shifts and additional pay for night and weekend coverage.

Candidates should have inpatient critical care or hospitalist experience and possess NCCPA certification or AANP/ANCC credentials, with Texas

• Graduate degree in nursing or PA program from ARC-PA accredited institution.
• Board certification/licensure required for practice in Texas.
• Experience in inpatient critical care or hospitalist medicine preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and document findings.
• Develop and adjust patient care plans using evidence-based practices.
• Perform and supervise procedures appropriate to specialty.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and preventive health.
• Engage in quality initiatives and clinical research as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
