Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Cvent Platform Specialist for a 1-year contract with potential to hire. The role sits in a hybrid NYC environment, combining onsite collaboration with remote work as needed. You will own Cvent-driven event operations, from building branded registration sites to managing data and analytics for large-scale events.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on Cvent experience, exceptional communication, and strong project management. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on Cvent experience with registration workflows and branded event sites.
• Experience owning full event lifecycle from platform/operations perspective.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with senior executives.
• Proactive, autonomous with ownership mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end build of event websites in Cvent from design to go-live.
• Manage complex registration flows and session paths for diverse audiences.
• Maintain event data integrity across Cvent and Airtable, with accurate reporting.
• Handle real-time changes and roll them out across the platform.
• Translate event goals into functional platform requirements and best practices.
• Track engagement data and post-event analytics.
• Support early morning/evening work for global audiences.
