Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Equipment Technician responsible for recovering CVD tools from PM and conducting preventive maintenance. You will monitor tool performance, document interruptions, and coordinate with the Process team to ensure proper measurement and disposition.

You will collaborate with a Shift Supervisor to schedule PMs, document SOPs, and maintain high standards of quality and detail. All activities support site health, safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years prior work experience.
• Two year technical degree or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in Semiconductor/High Volume Manufacturing facilities.
• 300mm Endura Producer and/or AMAT experience preferred.
• Prior experience in high-volume fabrication.
• AMAT Robot experience and LFM setup is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Monitor abnormal equipment signals and respond.
• Work with senior personnel to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
• Correct and generate SOPs when required.
